Hi, I’m Zahir, a passionate esports professional with a background in both IT and academic esports. Originally from South Africa, I moved to Norway to pursue a Bachelor in Academic Esports and quickly found myself diving headfirst into the industry.
Since then, I’ve built a strong portfolio, from founding and leading GAME, a large student organisation at UiA, to managing large events and researching educational game design. I’ve also worked as a Teaching Assistant, supporting students through lectures, feedback, and mentoring.
I’m especially interested in how esports intersects with education, and I’m keen to keep pushing that forward while learning along the way.
