AgderLAN 2025

AgderLAN 2025 built on the success of the previous year, expanding in scale and quality. With increased autonomy, I continued in the role of Project Manager for the entire gaming and tournament section, but this time I led a student team who took on the work as part of an academic assignment. My focus shifted towards strategic oversight—delegating tasks, forming sub-teams based on skill and interest, and ensuring everything ran to a professional standard.

The team successfully ran all on-site tournaments, while I guided them in planning, execution, and problem-solving. I was also responsible for coordinating our location within the venue and optimising the layout of our space, which contributed to a more effective and visually appealing setup—particularly with the improved stage design.

Positive feedback from attendees and organisers reaffirmed the success of the event. AgderLAN 2025 represented a clear step forward from the previous year, both in terms of execution and team development, and served as a strong example of student-led esports event coordination under experienced leadership.
