In collaboration with Bluebox and other student organisations, GAME co-hosted one of the venue’s largest student parties to date—our 2024 Halloween Party, which attracted over 400 attendees. The event was created in response to student demand for more accessible nightlife experiences, especially with concerts and similar events being infrequent in the area.

As one of the organisers through GAME, I was involved in the collaborative planning process. This included coordinating logistics, helping shape the concept, and working on event execution. We hired a professional DJ, decorated the venue to match the Halloween theme, and ensured the space was inviting and safe for all attendees.

The event was a major success, offering a social, festive atmosphere and reinforcing the role of student-led organisations in creating meaningful experiences for the wider student body.
