In collaboration with Gard and UiA Academic Esports, Career Day 2024 provided a platform for entertainment and tournaments. Taking a pivotal role in organizing the event from the UiA side, I ensured seamless coordination of schedules, volunteer roles, tournament formats, equipment selection, setup, and operation throughout the day.

As part of the organizing team, I oversaw the event’s logistical aspects, ensuring everything ran smoothly from start to finish. This involved meticulous planning of schedules, volunteer assignments, tournament formats, and equipment logistics. Additionally, I collaborated closely with Gard and UiA Academic Esports to align our efforts and deliver an engaging experience for attendees.

While familiar with event management, Career Day 2024 provided an opportunity to refine my skills in people management within a structured schedule. Coordinating a collaborative effort underscored the importance of effective communication and teamwork in executing successful events. This experience further solidified my proficiency in event organization and enhanced my ability to adapt and lead in dynamic environments.
