Our first official event as GAME was a collaboration with Morrow Batteries, who approached us to help organise an opening celebration at their new office in Grimstad. This opportunity came just as GAME was starting out, and it became a defining moment that confirmed our ability to deliver quality events.

I served as the main coordinator from our side, responsible for determining what gaming and entertainment equipment to bring, how to make best use of the space, and overseeing the logistics of transport, setup, and breakdown. I also managed the communication between our team and Morrow, ensuring alignment on expectations and needs.

The event ran smoothly and was well-received by both the company and attendees. It set the tone for our future work as a student organisation and gave us the confidence to pursue larger and more complex projects in the months that followed.
