At Spillexpo 2022, I volunteered as a representative of the University of Agder and served as a stage admin for the Gamer.no playoff finals in Rocket League, CS:GO, and League of Legends. My responsibilities included managing stage operations, supporting the flow of matches, and ensuring that teams, schedules, and tournament rules were followed precisely during high-stakes play.

Beyond stage duties, I had the opportunity to observe the production side of the event, gaining valuable insight into the technical and organisational aspects of large-scale esports broadcasting. Sitting behind the scenes with the streaming team offered a firsthand look at how camera switching, live commentary, and technical coordination come together in real time.

This experience gave me practical exposure to both tournament operations and esports media production, strengthening my understanding of what it takes to deliver professional-level events on a national platform.
